There’s a call going out for us to bring the light and love of Christ beyond the walls of our church and into the communities where our neighbors, co-workers, and friends live, work and play.
Our Fresh Expressions Ministry is a movement of people who have said YES to this call, and we invite you to be participate in what can only be described as a beautiful thing unfolding before us.
The Mission That Calls Us
The goal of the Fresh Expressions Ministry is not just to reach out but to create a bridge between the church and those who are either done with church or have no connection with a church. We seek to meet people where they are because we know that not everyone will step through our doors on a Sunday morning. Our mission is to replace barriers with acts of love expressed through our sincere willingness to listen to and learn from those who do not attend a church.
Our leadership team is daring us to envision a church that isn’t confined by walls but is as boundless as the love of God. Our mission reflects a commitment to adapt and relate, to be church-goers without borders, willing to pray, create, and love in the communities where we live, work and relate.

The Power of a Single Step
With each person who joins this movement, the impact is going to ripple out to more and more people. Our time together will spark conversations, move us to pray, then energize us with ideas that will excite some of us so that we can barely sleep at night.
Through our collective brainstorming, we will discern some ideas God is setting before us—ideas that are going to lead us to fresh new ways of doing church and connecting with our neighbors.

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind…and love your neighbor as yourself.” – Matthew 22:37-39
Matthew 18:20 reminds us that “Where two or three people gather in God’s name, He is there with them.”
